BIRTH OF MARS

Hi, I am Birth of Mars, but you can call me Courtney. The name Birth of Mars was inspired by Sandro Botticelli’s painting, “The Birth of Venus,” where the newly born goddess stands nude, emerging from a seashell. Venus is the first fully nude woman depicted in a non religious painting, influencing art for generations. Mars represents my roots, as I am born and raised in Arizona.
